Heterologous expressions of esterase gene from an endophytic bacterium

This work involves enzymology molecular biology and bioinformatics and in detail explores the cloning expression and structural properties of esterase enzyme in E. coli (BL21). Esterase is an industrially important enzyme and has major importance in the field of biotechnology because it is used in organic biosynthesis. This enzyme is widely used in pharmaceutical industry food and dairy industry textile and agriculture industry.
