<p><em>Hey God! I Need Help! Bits and Pieces from 50 Years of Journaling </em>shows how one woman found answers through the help of daily biblical psalms.</p><p>Everybody needs help to stay on an even keel from time to time especially young mothers who end most days so tired they can't think straight.</p><p>This little book relates how I was able to handle the feelings of inadequacy and helplessness that assail so many young mothers. With eight children I needed all the help I could get. I wanted to be there for each of my kids as they survived the problems of growing up.</p><p>How do you find the energy to read to your children or say prayers with them when you can barely keep your eyes open? It helps to take time to rest a moment in God's presence at some point during your busy day.</p><p>The best time for me was early morning before the day came roaring down the track and ran me over and I could get myself together. Even ten minutes makes all the difference in the world to start your day with peace in your soul. After that brief period of soul food I felt like I could tackle anything.</p><p>Looking back over my long life I hope I succeeded.</p><p>Nancy Janorschke has read thousands of books over the years to her eight children and many grandchildren. Now retired she was previously a real estate broker with her own business. Raised in northern Idaho the author has lived in northern Minnesota for the past fifty years.
