High Tide Low Tide

A collection of poems created in my day to day. Some days were rough and rugged; I was balling and sobbing on my bed emotions overflowing everywhere. On those days I survived. Some days were easy and satisfying; I was glowing and allowing myself to flow with life and its changes. On those days I thrived. So dear reader please remember. That both of these types of days come and go in waves. For every high tide a low must come with. People may tell you that everything will be okay; it may be so. However remember that this may be your high tide and it may recede further in. And all tides high or low are just how it is; you can not control the tide. Dear reader gain the courage to be proud. Be proud you still experience the waves despite not being able to control the tides.
