Beauregard is sitting on a crime wave of sexually sadistic serial murders drug turf war murders and assaults on his detectives and members of his family.Told by the Major Drug Taskforce FBI Head to stay out of investigating anything related to drug activity and related assaults and murders Beauregard and his detectives ignore the instructions for he will not let the murders be swallowed up in a grand-narcotics sweep arrest and lose the perpetrators to minor sentencing. He then paves the way and with a little luck solves the drug and murder cases in an unexpected but swift and satisfying solution.
