Meet Detective Sergeant Alicia Friend. Shes nice. Too nice to be a copper if shes honest. She is also one of the most respected criminal analysts in the country and finds herself assigned to DI Murphys team in a cold northern city investigating the kidnap-murders of two young women both of similar appearance. But Richard-the father of latest girl to be taken-believes the police are not moving quickly enough.
