History of Hail Suppression in Serbia

A History of Hail Suppression in Serbia provides a historical survey of hail suppression efforts in Serbia. The specific date when preventative measures against hail-bearing clouds were first implemented cannot be ascertained precisely. Various historical magical-ritual actions intended to prevent and/or decrease the occurrence of hail were infrequently recorded.
