Hitting The Goal Line

<p>From the age of five I knew one thing;</p><p>Blake Jacobi was going to be in my life for a very long time.</p><p>For years he was my protector my best friend my shoulder to cry on. I even followed him to Chicago when he got picked up by an NHL team.</p><p>Then lines got blurred and we landed in each other's beds but we were able to push feelings aside and not let a few little slips ruin our friendship.</p><p>At least that's what I keep telling myself.</p><p>Somewhere along the line I fell in love with my best friend and as much as I want to tell him I can't. All out of fear of losing him.</p><p>So I hold in those words and try to lose myself in relationships that I really shouldn't be in.
