<p><strong>Sometimes nursing is a hands-on profession.</strong></p><p>Holly's new home health client is hardly a typical patient. Young and built Lance is in perfect health. But an on-the-job crush injury has left the construction foreman with two temporarily useless hands. That's a unique frustration for a guy on his own and when Holly glimpses just how big Lance's frustration is she can't stop thinking about treatments that aren't exactly in the nursing manual.</p><p>Julian's a lucky guy. Works at home. Beautiful family-focused wife who still has a great body beneath those shapeless scrubs. But something's come over Holly lately. When she finally comes clean joking about her disabled patient Julian understands the change. And he isn't laughing. Thoughts of having his own naughty nurse become all-consuming.</p><p>Patients need followup. And with her husband's approval Holly might just take matters into her own hands.</p><p>They'd both better get a grip. There's no telling where this will stop.</p>
