Holography in Art History

In this book I try to inform the public about the history of artistic holography. Having been born in a period of great technological development it deserves special mention because it has been overshadowed by other types and avant-gardes that have meant that it has not been as widely publicised as its Virtual Three-Dimensional Arts peers such as 3D Cinema stereoscopic photography and 3D Virtual Reality which are still so familiar to us today compared to artistic holography despite the latter being a recurring theme in various works of science fiction.
