Homeless in College

Have you ever met a student that was homeless in college? And what does a 2014 VW Passat a U-Haul truck a Student Union a laundry room and a lawn chair have in common? When I've been homeless that's where I slept. Even at a Division 1 college. I was homeless three times in 2011. I struggled balancing full-time work school and taking on full responsibility of my 2-year-old son. I recall sleeping in a U-Haul truck for a week in 2011 with my son and not knowing what to do because I couldn't find a job. I was taking my son to interviews with me.
