Honestly Biased

Bias is one of the most persistent forces shaping human life. It appears in the most intimate spaces of family silently influencing how children are raised and how relationships evolve. It emerges in professional environments deciding who gets opportunities and whose voices are ignored. It shapes first impressions when strangers meet reinforces cycles of poverty hides within technological systems and is woven into cultural traditions that dictate what is considered normal or acceptable. Though often invisible bias quietly directs human decisions relationships and structures of power. This book is an exploration of these biases in their many forms. It does not simply describe prejudice as an abstract concept but traces its presence across the everyday realities of modern life.
