<p><em>Horse Cents</em> is the story of a young filly named Clover who likes to spend her allowance money as soon as she earns it. </p><p><br></p><p>One day Clover grows bored of the items she can afford with her weekly allowance and dreams of something more extravagant like sparkly horseshoes!
