How can private companies become sustainable not history?

What is interesting about this work is that following the 10 steps will lead to success especially of the fresh companies of the young entrepreneurs managers or directors. Why? Because it will always be easier: to train than to correct to prevent than to treat to educate than to re-educate to integrate than to reintegrate. When you are at the beginning of the road the 10 steps done at your own pace but strictly followed will make you reach the destination you want or even a much more beautiful one. For a company that by passed this route it will take a while until the return and the start of the new route. It will be a test a challenge a story with new roles redefined but with another destination much more beautiful than before.
