This book includes some of the things I found to ease the depth of the unimaginable pain my heart has endured.My daughter was 26 when she took her life. Picking myself up and moving forward seemed impossible. Yet I still continued to breathe.I made some progress when I became spiritual and a wonderful thing happened.
