How Public Diplomacy Enhancing Trusts in Ethio-Egyptian Relations?

This short manuscript will contribute to the knowledge and understanding for diplomats and foreign policy makers as well as enabling them to seriously consider the approaches of public diplomacy in different dimensions with the issues of Nile water. Moreover it will incite others for further activities in the interface of public diplomacy with regard to the issue of Nile water between Ethiopia and Egypt.
