<p>My view explores how the introduction of robotic agents into the workplace fundamentally alters human decision-making productivity and the psychological contract between employees and their organizations.</p><p>At the core of this transformation is the concept of behavioral economy which examines how individuals make choices under conditions of uncertainty and how these choices are influenced by the presence of non-human entities. When robots are introduced they do not merely act as tools; they become social actors that influence the social architecture of the firm.</p>
