How Technology Improves : Climate Change

Nowadays climate changing challenge brings any kinds of negative influences to impact humans life e.g. natural disasters; food shortages due to no rain to help farmers to grow any food fruit vegetable etc. or who have no enough foods to feed to provide cows pigs sheeps etc. human eaten animals to eat to cause they can not alive in bad climate environment to cause their bodies are thin or unhealth to provide poor quality of meats to human to eat. What climate change can bring social positive and negative influences? I shall explain how artificial intelligent technology can improve climate change improvement.
