<p>This book details the story of a Black and/or African American inventor who was forced to defend himself in Federal Court for eleven years against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS); the Department of Justice (DOJ); and a federal judicial system that stands on the philosophy of systemic and structural racism.</p><p><br></p><p>The DHS spent years (2003-2007) soliciting information from the Black and/or African American inventor only to eventually award in 2007 Apple Samsung LG and Qualcomm contracts to develop assemble and commercialize the Black and/or African American inventor's patented invention of a communicating monitoring detecting and controlling (CMDC) device (i.e. smartphone) without paying the Black and/or African American inventor reasonable royalties or just compensation.</p>
