Today food insecurity is a global problem that requires a well-coordinated global response. To achieve food self-sufficiency is it not necessary to think globally and act locally?In addition to answering this question this article is intended to be a proposal for solutions and a recommendation to the Guinean authorities who are haunted by the difficulties of overcoming their dependence on external food supplies. It is a real working tool and an excellent guide for decision making: the voice of the agrarian revolution in Guinea.
