How to Survive Ghosts Cats and Psychopaths

<p>This delightfully eerie cozy mystery follows Delia Sanchez a street-wise ex-cop with a desperate need for a new start. Her first glimpse of the for-sale Loring Mansion an enormous 1920s Tudor with hand-plastered walls arched doorways and miles of oak floors promises her the do-over she so desperately craves.</p><p>But complications arise when she discovers that the late owner left it in trust to her two cats and the sale is only for a tenancy...which includes caring for the cats for the next ten years! Oh and did I mention that cats terrify Delia? Unable however to go back to her previous life she agrees to the unthinkable impossibility of the condition. </p><p>Things are settled and she moves in...only to find that the malevolent ghost of the past owner still occupies the house.
