This book presents an innovative project that integrates Mathematics and Portuguese Language through Information Processing. The proposal aims to develop students' critical analytical and communication skills with a focus on practicing statistical concepts such as preparing questions collecting and analyzing data and constructing graphs. The didactic sequence enables students to interpret and create graphs organize information and improve oral and written communication. Based on theorists such as Morettin Bussab Freire and Demo and in line with the BNCC the project emphasizes active methodologies and the centrality of the student in the learning process. The methodology involves theoretical explanations followed by practical activities such as creating questionnaires collecting data making graphs and presentations promoting a collaborative environment. Socializing the results with the school community consolidates the knowledge acquired. The book shows how disciplinary integration prepares students for the future developing essential skills for their academic and professional lives.
