HPTLC METHOD

The Stability indicating HPTLC was developed and validated for the Estimation of Finerenone in bulk and tablet dosage form. HPTLC method was developed and validated as per ICH guideline for Estimation of Finerenone in bulk and tablet dosage form. The developed method was found to be linear accurate precise and robust according to acceptance criteria. Forced degradation study was carried out for the drug. Degradation products Were well separated by proposed HPTLC method. Drugs are prone to degrade In acidic basic oxidative photolytic and thermal condition. it has been concluded that the developed method can be applied for Estimation of Finerenone in bulk and in tablet dosage form for routine analysis.
