HR Management for Organizational Productivity in Africa

This study investigates the impact of Human Resource Management on organizational productivity in selected businesses within Africa. Through qualitative research methods including interviews and observations the study examines how effective HR practices contribute to enhancing overall productivity levels in these organizations. The findings provide valuable insights into the crucial role of HR management in driving organizational success and offer practical recommendations for improving HR strategies to achieve optimal productivity outcomes.
