The employees of any organisation are precious wealth and backbone plays a stupendous role in its developmental and productive activities. Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) employees significantly influence the prosperity of organizations which are reality and not an exaggeration. This book highlights basic concept of General Climate OCTAPAC and HRD Mechanism prevailing in selected Micro Small and Medium Scale enterprises of Gujarat State.
