Its title conveys dual homage: both celebrating the achievements of the Han ethnic group's legendary ancestor and extolling his virtue of Huangzhong (central harmony). Through historical analysis the work articulates nationalist ideals asserting the supremacy of national interests.

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Huangshu's profound nationalism served as intellectual catalyst for the Yellow Emperor veneration movement preceding the 1911 Revolution. This modern revival of Huangdi reverence significantly bolstered nationalist sentiment laying crucial ideological groundwork for the revolution's success. Historically two major waves of Huangdi veneration emerged: during the Western Han Dynasty and in modern times. Both movements strengthened ethnic integration across China under the unifying concept of descendants of Yan and Huang.

????

Author Introduction

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Wang Fuzhi (1619-1692) styled Ernong was a native of Hengyang Hunan Province.
