Human Entrepreneurial Skills

This book provides a comparison of entrepreneurial skills of employees belonging to a public and a private sector television channels. Entrepreneurial skills of the employees belonging to both organizations have been analyzed from three perspectives; caste gender and organization-type. Performances of private sector organizations compared to public sector in Pakistan have historically been superior. The idea behind this study is to explore the elements which could possibly be responsible for difference in performance output.
