This book addresses the impact of artificial intelligence on labor relations from a legal ethical and social perspective. It analyzes how algorithms far from being neutral can reproduce and amplify historical inequalities in processes such as the selection evaluation and dismissal of workers. Based on the new Peruvian regulatory framework -Law No. 31814 and D.S. No. 115-2025-PCM- it examines algorithmic bias digital governance and the right to human oversight as pillars of a fair technological transformation. With an interdisciplinary approach combining law sociology and data science the book proposes mitigation auditing and regulatory strategies to ensure transparency explainability and accountability of labor AI. It is a call to build a future where technological innovation and human dignity coexist under the principle of algorithmic justice.
