Human Resource(HR) analytics is a system that helps to process the functions of HR management analytically and rapidly to improve the current situation of the organisation. Focus on HR analytics has increased steadily over the past decade as evidenced by the continuously growing demand of it in the management decision making process. ‘HR professionals are clamouring for “analytics”- the magic numbers that will help them combat attrition hire the highest of high performers and predict the future success of the organisation.
