The second chapter presenting the SCCL company profile it is completely focusing to understand their situations in the SCCL Company. The third chapter will explain the HRD Practices in SCCL how the practices are practicing. In this chapter it also revealed how the SCCL effectively practicing the HRD Practices in the current originations. In the fourth chapter the data analyzed systematically on perception and opinions of the employees in SCCL organization and in the last chapter suggestion and the conclusion drawn according to the study.
