Human resources management in public-sector companies remains a headache because of the way it is recruited trained remunerated assessed promoted and motivated. It's worth noting that some countries and structures that have followed the procedures of key personnel management practices have reaped many benefits; we hope the same will be true for the managers of this hospital in meeting their expectations.We hope that our research has not only contributed to a better understanding of the problems and impacts of poorly applied human resources management practices on hospital performance but that it has also had the effect of stimulating research aimed at developing a model for effective human resources management in the health sector in the DRC.
