Hygiene Health and Safety at work in D.R.Congo

The field of Occupational Health and Safety receives very little attention in the professional sector in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Even if we must admit that there is currently an awareness of the issue it should be noted that professionals in this sector are not very well informed about the legislation that governs this sector.It is this gap that has motivated us to do this work to put in the same place the legal and regulatory texts which can serve as a guide to health and safety officers in the exercise of their daily work.
