Academic year: 2022-2023City of defense: BamakoCountry of origin: MaliLieu de dépôt: Bibliothèque de la FMOS/FAPHSector of interest: Pediatric Surgery Au CHU Mère - Enfant Le Luxembourg Abstract: We conducted a retrospective and prospective study of 45 patients (0-15yrs) operated on for hypospadias from January 2019 to December 2022 which enabled us to identify the following results: A frequency of 1.35% of consultations; 3.23% of surgical interventions and hospitalizations. Predominance of posterior forms (38%). Associated anomalies in 42.2% of cases (micro penis bifid scrotum cryptorchidism cardiac malformation non-palpable testicle hypoplastic scrotum). Two cases of paternal family history (4.4%). The mean age at surgery was 65.85 months with extremes of 6 months and 180 months. The most commonly used surgical technique was KOYANAGI uretroplasty (28.8%).
