I am Enough

For as long as I can remember I have wanted to write a book. One that could reach out to others and give them hope and courage. To give the reader a belief that they are not alone in their struggles in their pain. To help them to know that they are enough just the way they are. Throughout my life I have used poetry as an overflow valve. A way to externalise the intense feelings building up inside of me. It is my hope that the pages in this book are a source of comfort kinship and validation for those who read it.
