I Am… Life Is… is the story of my relationship with various manifestations of life. As I contemplated on my definition of wealth happiness health time authenticity etc I realized that I had limited my life with my beliefs and attachment to external identifications.  Understanding my true self helped me to let go of my attachments. The expanded awareness facilitated to redefine my perspectives and align my actions with my vision and my relationships. It has brought harmony and balance into my life enriched my relationships and unleashed my potential. Every moment presents an opportunity to choose “how to be” by living with awareness.
