I Am Me!

Children often feel overlooked and like their feelings are not valid. The worldwide pandemic known as COVI-19 did not make this better for children or their caretakers. Emotions are often dismissed without explanation resulting in children feeling guilty about the natural occurrence. I Am Me! was created to help children learn about their feelings and how to manage them appropriately. Children who learn to manage their emotions early in life are better able to navigate more complex emotions as adults.
