Jake Justice a Private Detective doing his best to knock out a living in the city that never sleepsrecruited by the CIA to deliver ransom money to a female bandit in Thailand for the release of a US Senator being held captive. Doubly surprised when he finds out it concerns a long lost love. A cruel and deceiving woman known as the Black Cobra who stops at nothing to get what she wants.
