I Did Good Sir

<p><em>He waved goodbye to his mother. He heard the tires turning on the sandy pavement the engine accelerating. He didn't look back. He leaned forward and pushed his way up the steep driveway he wiggled his fingers and breathed deeply his heart pounded. He checked his shirt his pants his shoes. Everything must be right. Everything must be perfect on his very first day. </em><br><br>Ever since he was ten years old Jack dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. He couldn't remember when the dream first appeared or explain where it came from it just appeared and became him. He worked every Saturday for the local veterinarian Dr. Al Friedlander. He loved the farm calls the most. <br><br>In high school he struggled to succeed. His parents sent him to Cheshire Academy where a civil war photograph of a teenage boy changed his life. <br><br>After graduating from veterinary school he moved to Los Angeles where his life fell apart. Feeling lost and asking for help he was directed by his spirit guide to leave his failed life in Los Angeles for a new beginning in Vermont where he embraced the divinity in nature and his connection to The One.</p>
