Eating healthy is more important than ever and I hope this book will get your kids excited if not curious about growing fresh fruits and vegetables! Growing up on my grandparent's farm I was so lucky to be part of planting a garden every year and later harvesting and eating all the things we grew. When I became a mom I was able to share that experience with my own children-a full circle moment that I and they will always cherish.</p><p>Growing your own food is something anyone can do!
