About the Author: Dr. Aftab Ahmed is a renowned senior consultant physician and diabetologist at Apollo Hospital Secunderabad Hyderabad. A graduate of Rangaraya Medical College with postgraduate training from Andhra Medical College Visakhapatnam he has earned several gold medals in his academic journey.
