IBM's Smarter Cities

This is a thesis on energy networks in France. In the first part what they are and how they are maintained. In the second part presentation of diverse and fragmented networks managed in a very separate way. In the third part a draft of a solution such as IBM''s Starter Cities that would allow these networks to be managed more efficiently in a more global and integrated way.
