ICTs in the elimination of barriers

This work deals with the issue of the special needs of students in the subject of English in the General Basic Training area of the Universidad Veracruzana these educational experiences I and II are a mandatory requirement for the degree of any of the degrees offered by the University. . The objective of this work is to identify the capabilities that university teachers have to make curricular adjustments for the teaching of the English language in such a way as to facilitate the learning of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) using the technological resources available in our faculties.
