Identification Selection and Planning of Technology Partners

Implementing open innovation involves identification of potential technology partners selection of the best partners and planning of technology partners. This book deals with three decision making problems (identification selection and planning of technology partners) in open innovation. The book is composed of three chapters each of which address each of the three problems. Firstly systematic approach to identifying potential technology partners based on the patent analysis is proposed in chapter three. Then approach to selecting technology partners using analytic network process (ANP) is suggested in chapter four. Finally technology planning by technology roadmap (TRM) to solving or aiding the three problems is proposed in chapter five.
