Identifying and Prioritizing Effective Factors on Explaining Technology Transfer Strategies in Solar Energy

Transmission of technology is a complex and difficult process. For further success in this field in addition to preparing the existing infrastructure it is necessary to manage the technology transfer process more closely so that the imported technology can be obtained not only to produce the product But also the basis for creating new technology. On the other hand given the existing capacities in the country to use solar energy to generate electricity it is necessary to identify and prioritize the factors that influence the explanation.
