If I Could Talk to the Trees

I am a botanist that studied at Longwood Gardens for five years and this is the first book of a series of ten books that through facts and fantasy teaches children ages three to twelve all about the outdoors and all it has to offer them. Starting this adventure with a little boy named Owen who learns all about the trees that bring us oxygen shade and wood to use for so many things that they will need. As well as what the trees do for all the animals in the forest. The second book is an adventure with a little girl named Addison who learns all about the flowers and how they bring the seeds for the next years harvest and enjoyment. As well as the importance of bees and pollination. These stories were written for my grandchildren first for Owen then for Addy but they are for all children who need to understand that everything they will need can be found outdoors. And this is my mission to spread the word.
