As Per The Geneva Convention The United States Agreed To Destroy Their Stockpile Of Chemical Weapons. Over Several Years Destruction Facilities Were Constructed At All Of The Weapons Depots And Arsenals. The Program Was Working Well And Effectively Reducing The Stockpile But Then A Problem Was Discovered By A Young Technician Who Was Subsequently Murdered Under Questionable Circumstances. Police Conclude The Murder Was Drug Related But A Prominent Physician Rejects The Charge That His Son Was Murdered Over A Drug Deal And A Seasoned Detective Is Challenged To Defend His Case. The Two Men Clash But Together They Make An Ominous Discovery That Old Enemies Have Come Back To Life.
