Igniting the Flame Within

<p>This is my personal step-by-step guide to how I found the love within healed myself on an energetic soul level and took back the power and control of my life. For those of you who don't know me I experienced a kundalini spiritual awakening when I hugged someone. My entire life changed after that thirty-second hug. I found myself feeling as if I had gone crazy. No one I spoke to understood what was happening to me. I was depressed spiraling into the dark night of the soul. I felt alone lost and confused. </p><p><br></p><p>There are no cookie-cutter one-size-fits-all self-help books. I wasted so much money on coaching and useless books. It was as if they were written in a different language. The words were so big I needed a translator. I had a hard time comprehending what I needed to do. The information wasn't clear concise direct or to the point. The books I read went in-depth about the philosophy of everything. I am a little dyslexic and I learn better through real-life experience. Many of these books did not resonate with my specific situation. I had a hard time focusing on the underlying messages. I was told by spiritual coaches that I needed to let go and surrender to the twin flame connection.
