Sometimes the person you deceive the most is yourself. The poems in this book range from my freshman to senior year of high school. Through writing this book I hope to connect with those similar to myself to let them know that they are not alone. Poetry has always been a mechanism for exploiting the truth to reveal what is truly inside.
