<p class=ql-align-justify><em>I'll Take Spaghetti But Hold the Mayo!</em> is the humorous prequel to author Greg Henderson's first book <em>The Amazing Mr. Beam. </em>This book describes growing up in his hometown of Albertville Alabama with present-day stories also included.</p><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p class=ql-align-justify>In many small Southern towns legends are created in an instant. Just mention purple Converse mayonnaise panty labels or visiting the school lab after hours to someone who grew up in the 1970s in Albertville and different childhood legends come to mind for each act.</p><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p class=ql-align-justify>After completing Mr. Beam's book the author wanted to share stories connecting him and Joey which started long before they became brothers-in-law. The opportunity to interview several people to get their accounts of their legendary moments was a blast. Sadly Tommy passed away a few months ago after a courageous battle with cancer. I am so glad he could share his story for this book.</p><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p class=ql-align-justify><strong>(About the Author)</strong></p><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p class=ql-align-justify>A retired realtor Greg Henderson now writes and coaches the Albertville High School men's varsity basketball team as well as the Lady Aggies varsity tennis team while chasing grandkids. Having attained numerous achievements in business and sports he is a member of three Hall-of-Fames and has received Albertville's Citizen of the Year Award. The author is very active in his church where he has been a long-time teacher. He and his wife Kathy have been married for 42 years.</p><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p class=ql-align-justify></p><p></p>
