I'M Popeye

<p>Popeye is a nine-year-old dog who is special. Although he is blind he views the world in full color. After he is adopted from the SPCA by a kindly woman Popeye is happily welcomed by his fur siblings.</p><p>As he adjusts to his new home Popeye sets off to find new friends. Along the way he meets a girl who is recovering from cancer a boy in a wheelchair and a soldier who lost his arms in battle.
