About The Author: Terry E. Warr was born in Buffalo New York and educated at Hampton University in Hampton Virginia where he earned his B.S. In Business Management. Shortly after graduating he decided to become an international entrepreneur. After ten years of managing business from the continent of Africa back to his home in the United States Terry has learned that despite cultural geographical socioeconomic and racial differences fundamentally three factors unite us all. Warr believes We all share the same fears; we all cry the same tears; and we all die. . . In so many years. Along with his multilingual ability his international business experience has caused him to develop a passion for leadership development. Terry is dedicated to bringing out the best in everyone he meets. He considers himself a pastor-prenuer. His greatest reward comes from helping other people grow. Terry holds a Master of Divinity degree from Colgate Rochester Divinity School and he currently serves as the Senior Servant at Elim Christian Fellowship in Greensboro N.C. Terry and his wife Joye reside in High Point. Together they parent five children: Marcus Joy Alifah Uriel and Ahavah.
